Audio Response Changes
Effective 8/1/2010 the Audio Response number will be changing to 888-854-8851
What you need to know:
-If you have been calling directly to 713-755-3900 to access automated information about your HCFCU accounts - please begin calling the new number as of 8/1/2010.
-Access to automated telephone banking is available 24 hours a day by calling 713-755-5160 and pressing 1.
-Your current PIN will work with the new system
-Menu options will change:
Option 1 – Account Inquiries (balances, transaction information, dividends, etc)
Option 2 – Perform Money Transactions (transfers, check requests, etc)
Option 3 – Rates
Option 4 – Change PIN
Option 5 – Different Account Number
Option 6 – CU Services (stop payments, hours, location, etc)
Option 8 – Repeat Options
Option 9 – End Call
